Tropical Style Sliders
- 6 quail breasts
- BBQ sauce
- 1 can sliced pineapple
- 6 slices Colby Jack or Cheddar Jack cheese
- 6 Hawaiian bread rolls
- Mayonnaise, to taste
- 1 tablespoon of butter
In a pan in a medium high heat with half of a tablespoon of butter, cook the quail breasts until lightly browned. Remove and put BBQ sauce. Set aside.
In the same pan, with the rest of the butter, lightly brown the pineapple slices on both sides. Set aside.
Warm the Hawaiian bread rolls. Open the roll in half. On one half, put a little mayonnaise, a slice of cheese, and place on top one BBQ’d quail breast. Add some sliced pineapple and cover with the other half of the roll.
